Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of bookings are deemed as being accepted by checking in, on receipt of the deposit, or providing credit card details.
To avoid any misunderstanding; a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
Check-out time is from 07:00 to 10:00
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00
Late check-ins must be arranged prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for check-ins after 9 pm.
14% VAT is included in the rate
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Accommodation to be settled in full on arrival
No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
No children under 16 years
No capacity for extra beds in the room
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy is set out to be fair to the client whilst compensating us for lost booking opportunities brought about by the cancellation.
Accommodation may be cancelled if the deposit is not received.
Once you have booked in, you will be liable for any change in your reservation dates, and will be billed accordingly.
Non-arrival of the guest amounts to a no-show for which we reserve the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay.
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
